Our business has over 130 janitorial accounts. Our leadership structure, staff composition and experience, provides us with the strength and confidence needed to deliver quality service to your organization.

Donald Lyznicki began his journey with ServiceMaster Cleaning Solutions in 1987. He feels it was a calling from God that he leave his 17 year career in the electrical industry where he was a Union Official and instructor. Donald started his franchise with his wife, two daughters and father in law. Don's passion to help people develop and his commitment to go above and beyond for their customers helped his company grow into a multi-million successful franchise. Don received many awards in recognition for its culture and value based business practices. Don is currently the Account Manager for the South Division of ServiceMaster Cleaning Solutions.

Warren Watson (Account and Project Manager), has 25 years experience with healthcare and janitorial services.

Kareny Dunah (Account Manager), has been with ServiceMaster Cleaning Solution family for 12 years.
